What we do

Expert autism support, across every border.

Our services are designed around one principle: your child's care should never be interrupted by geography. We coordinate, plan, and deliver specialist autism support at every stage of your international journey.

Service 01

Cross-Border Assessment Coordination

Your child's diagnostic history, recognised everywhere.

Navigating autism assessments across different healthcare systems is one of the most complex challenges families face when relocating internationally. Diagnostic criteria, terminology, and recognised assessment tools vary significantly between countries — meaning a comprehensive assessment completed in one country may not be automatically accepted in another.

Suitable for: Families relocating internationally who have an existing autism diagnosis and need to ensure continuity of recognition in a new country.

What we do

We coordinate the transfer, translation, and contextualisation of your child's existing diagnostic records to ensure they are recognised and accepted by healthcare providers, schools, and support services in your destination country. Where a new or supplementary assessment is required, we connect families with accredited specialists in the destination country and manage the process end-to-end.

What you receive

  • Existing assessments reviewed and prepared for international transfer
  • Liaison with receiving healthcare systems to confirm recognition
  • New assessment coordination where required
  • Full documentation package prepared for schools and therapy providers

Service 02

Transition Planning & Support

A structured plan that protects your child's progress.

An international move is one of the most significant transitions a family can make — and for autistic children, the disruption to routine, environment, and support networks can have a profound impact. Without careful planning, families often arrive in a new country to find that support services have a waiting list of months, schools are unprepared, and the therapeutic progress made over years is at risk.

Suitable for: Families planning an international relocation who want to ensure their child's support structure is in place before, during, and after the move.

What we do

Our transition planning service begins before your move and continues through the post-arrival settling-in period. We work with your family, your child's current therapy team, and the receiving support system to create a structured transition plan that minimises disruption and protects your child's developmental progress.

What you receive

  • Pre-departure transition planning session with your family
  • Coordination with current therapy and education teams
  • Destination country support landscape assessment
  • Structured transition timeline and handover documentation
  • Post-arrival check-ins and plan adjustments

Service 03

Telehealth Continuity of Care

Consistent therapeutic relationships, regardless of geography.

The therapeutic relationship between an autistic child and their specialist is often one of the most important factors in their progress. Interrupting that relationship — even temporarily — can set back months of work. For families in transit, or in the gap period between leaving one country and establishing services in another, telehealth continuity is not a compromise: it is the clinical standard.

Suitable for: Families in transit, recently arrived in a new country, or waiting for local services to begin — who need to maintain therapeutic continuity for their child.

What we do

Through our secure, GDPR-compliant telehealth platform, we provide uninterrupted access to specialist autism support during and after your international transition. Sessions are conducted by accredited speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, behaviour analysts, and psychologists — all experienced in cross-border and internationally mobile families.

What you receive

  • Uninterrupted therapy sessions via secure video platform
  • Continuity with existing specialists where possible
  • Access to ACE Global Health specialists during gap periods
  • Session notes and progress reports shared across care teams
  • Flexible scheduling across time zones

Service 04

International School & Therapy Liaison

Your child starts their new school with the right support already in place.

One of the most common and distressing experiences for families relocating internationally is arriving to find that their child's new school has no knowledge of their needs, no support plan in place, and no specialist staff available. In many countries, securing appropriate school-based support requires navigating complex bureaucratic processes that can take months — time during which your child is in an unsupported environment.

Suitable for: School-age autistic children relocating internationally whose families want to ensure appropriate educational support is in place from day one.

What we do

We work directly with schools, local education authorities, and therapy providers in your destination country — before your family arrives. We translate and contextualise your child's existing education and therapy documentation, advocate for appropriate support provisions, and establish working relationships with the receiving school team.

What you receive

  • Review and preparation of existing education and therapy documentation
  • Direct liaison with destination country schools and education authorities
  • Advocacy for appropriate support provisions and accommodations
  • Introduction of ACE Global Health as ongoing support contact
  • Pre-arrival school readiness report for families
